The work spans advisory, transactional, and contentious matters, including scheme funding and restructuring, regulatory issues, risk and liability management, scheme mergers and wind-ups, and pensions litigation.The ideal candidate will have 1 - 8 years of post-qualification experience in pensions law, gained at a recognised City firm.
