THE ROLE: Youll: Lead the design and specification of mechanical building services systems Manage project deliverables from brief to completion Oversee detailed calculations (IES, Excel, CAD and more) Conduct site surveys, inspections and monitor works Produce clear, concise technical reports (no waffle) Mentor and develop junior engineers into future stars Youll have the autonomy to make decisions, take ownership and genuinely influence outcomeswithout someone peering over your shoulder asking if youve just tried turning it off and on again. About You Degree qualified in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering Ideally Chartered (or working towards it) with CIBSE or IET 710 years consultancy experience Strong technical knowledge across mechanical design in the built environment Confident with IES, CAD and the usual Microsoft toolkit Comfortable presenting to clients and leading meetings Why Join?
