Commercial Legal Counsel - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract Dan has been mandated on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity for a Commercial Legal Counsel to join a Local Government Pension Fund. The role involves sitting in a small team and reporting to the Director of Risk and General Counsel. The position is based in Bristol , with flexibility for remote working and occasional visits to the Bristol HQ. Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on contracts and arrangements including employment, commercial, supply of goods and services, and investment-related documents. Maintain knowledge of relevant regulatory obligations impacting the fund. Advise on the Data Protection Act 2018. Research and implement laws and regulations from the FCA, advising the business accordingly. Aid with FOIA requests. Support the wider business including Compliance and HR. Your Profile: Qualified in England & Wales with 2+ years PQE. Experience in broad commercial contracts preferred. Candidates who are immediately available are preferred but not essential.
