The Role: Lead the technical department specialising in stick and unitised curtain walling, cladding, windows, and doors Oversee technical delivery across multiple projects Mentor and develop our draughting team and external engineering contractors Strengthen and grow relationships with clients, architects, and suppliers Drive technical standards and continuous improvement We are looking for someone with extensive façade experience and strong leadership capability who is ready to take the next step in their career.
