What the day will look like As a Risk Settlement Associate Partner at Aon, you will be a leader in our 70-strong Risk Settlement Group, which has a uniquely diverse range of experts and specialist sub-teams. Some of your responsibilities will include: Lead adviser or senior support on a range of settlement transactions across the pension risk transfer market (including buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions), taking ownership for the project delivery and client relationship. Advise clients on their strategic 'Journey to Settlement', including preparation for approaching the settlement market and feasibility. Create strong relationships with external stakeholders such as trustees, sponsors and other transaction advisers to develop settlement opportunities. Lead or key support on new business opportunities and initiatives both internally and externally. Leverage your knowledge of the settlement market to provide innovative settlement solutions for our clients. Lead on marketing initiatives and media engagement, including our annual marketing campaign and our dedicated risk settlement conference. Play a role in the growth and leadership of the team. Help develop new strategies and propositions within the Risk Settlement Group and implement them on a range of clients. Coach, mentor and support direct and indirect reports to create future leaders.
