Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for a site manager here at McCarthy developments; The project will be working on a large residential development (300 plus houses)in North Down. Required - Min 5 years experience in large residential developments Preferred - Timber frame experience Salary-£40-50k About the role: you will co-ordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage resources, monitor progress, and troubleshoot issues. You may also be responsible for enforcing health and safety standards, conducting site inspections, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
