The Role Reporting to the Chairman and CFO, the newly created role of Investment Director will play a central role in shaping and delivering the group’s investment strategy. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing the investment and diversification strategy Identifying, originating and evaluating new investment opportunities Leading deal execution, including modelling, due diligence and negotiations Overseeing portfolio management and investment performance reporting Driving strategic growth initiatives and supporting long‑term value creation Working closely with internal stakeholders, advisors and external partners The Candidate The successful candidate is likely to come from a background in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, Private Equity, Investment Banking, and will bring: Proven experience leading transactions from origination through to completion Strong technical skills in financial modelling, valuation and investment appraisal The ability to assess opportunities across a varied, multi‑asset portfolio Strong commercial judgement and a rigorous analytical approach A strategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused style High levels of integrity, discretion and professional credibility This is an unique role working for a rapidly expanding and highly successful North West Family Office.
