What you’ll be doing:
Designing and customising Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions to meet customer needs.
Leading integration, configuration and best practice across D365, supporting quality delivery.
Developing Microsoft cloud propositions and working with sales teams to shape commercial models.
Engaging in pre‑sales, customer workshops and demonstrations to showcase our cloud capability.
Advising senior stakeholders on Microsoft cloud strategy while identifying and managing risks.
Supporting capability growth by leading knowledge sharing, training and professional development.
What you’ll bring:
Demonstrable experience as a Dynamics 365 Architect in CRM or F&O.
Strong technical capability across D365, Power Platform and the wider Microsoft Stack.
Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and workflow / business rule development.
Experience designing scalable cloud solutions using Azure.
Expertise in workshop facilitation and Agile / SDLC delivery practices.
Ability to motivate colleagues, influence outcomes, and solve complex problems.
It would be great if you had:
Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
TOGAF qualification.

Salary: up to £110,000.
Benefits: £6,600 car allowance, 25 days annual leave with the option to buy additional days, private medical, life assurance, pension, and generous flexible benefits fund.
