Cambridge/Fenland/Huntingdon/Peterborough Paying £24-£26 an hour Working Hours - Full time preferred but would consider part time and condensed hours Duration : ASAP - Ongoing Apply now or refer a friend for £500. Intermediate Care To provide therapy interventions to patients on ICT pathway 1 To provide equipment To review patient progression To support ICW development To support patient flow To provide support to all patients on step up and down pathways
