Interim Home Manager – Elderly Care Pudsey £400-£450 per day Are you an experienced care professional ready to step into a leadership role where you can make an immediate and meaningful impact? We are seeking a confident and capable Interim Home Manager to lead a well-established elderly care home during a period of transition. This is a key appointment requiring strong operational oversight, clear leadership, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care. The Role As Interim Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring regulatory compliance, team stability, and positive outcomes for residents. You will quickly assess current performance, identify priorities, and implement effective action plans where required.
