Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals across the UK, serving as their trusted post-implementation partner. Provide expert clinical and technical support for data connectivity solutions and reporting tools, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows. Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing education to healthcare teams on product utilization, data management, and reporting capabilities. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to clinical data systems, working closely with IT and clinical staff. Analyze client usage patterns and reporting needs to optimize system performance and user satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and drive continuous product improvement. Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in clinical data management. Represent the company at industry events, user group meetings, and training sessions. Qualifications: Proven experience in perfusion or related clinical specialty. Strong technical aptitude with experience in clinical data systems, connectivity solutions, or healthcare IT. Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate technical concepts for clinical audiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills suited for engaging with medical professionals and technical teams. Willingness to travel extensively within the UK.
