Role Description
This is a contract-based remote role for Behavioral Psychologists. The role involves performing psychological testing, providing counseling, supporting mental health interventions, and offering clinical supervision. The candidate will collaborate across teams to address psychological needs, implement effective strategies, and support individuals in achieving their goals.
What You'll Do
Review written exchanges and evaluate whether responses appropriately and accurately address the questions asked
Assess whether the tone, register, and emotional quality of a response matches the context and intent of the question
Identify mismatches — responses that dodge the question, misinterpret the intent, provide irrelevant information, or strike the wrong emotional tone
Evaluate whether responses demonstrate genuine comprehension or only surface-level pattern matching
Assess the logical coherence and reasoning quality of responses — do they make sense, are they internally consistent, do conclusions follow from premises
Judge whether responses would be perceived as helpful, natural, and trustworthy by the person who asked the question
Evaluate whether responses handle sensitive, emotional, or complex questions with appropriate nuance and care
Provide clear, concise written feedback explaining your assessments
Follow detailed review guidelines and apply your judgments consistently across work)
Qualifications
At least 3 years of exprience as a psychologist
Strong expertise in Psychology and Counseling Psychology
Experience performing Psychological Testing and evaluating mental health conditions
Knowledge and experience in supporting Mental Health and well-being initiatives
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and empathy when working with individuals and teams
Ability to work independently within a remote environment
Master's degree or higher in Psychology or related field (preferred)
