Tripod are currently recruiting for a Mental Health Occupational Therapaist to work in an Adult Social Services role based in Suffolk. Please see more details below Role – Locum Occupational Therapist Location – Bury St Edmunds, Ipswich or Lowestoft Rate – £32-£35 an hour Hours – Full time ideally Contract Length – Ongoing - 2-3 days office 2 days WFH -We are looking to recruit to 1 agency Occupational Therapists for 6 months focused the proactive undertaking of reviews and assessments across the Directorate. This would also support our waiting list reduction. The tasks will include: Providing safe and timely delivery of front-line occupational therapy services within the directorate Supporting with triage and reducing duplication between health and social care to reduce OT waiting lists. Supporting external care providers to ensure correct and safe moving and handling tasks. Completing reviews of care packages to ensure best value of services for ASC and best use of available equipment Reviewing double handed care packages Reviewing waking night Reviewing packages of care Mutual aid to other OT areas as required Provide safe and timely delivery of OT assessments and reviews across the directorate.
