All we need is talent like you to join our 'Team of Talented Teaching Assistants'. Required Skills & Experience: Must have an Enhanced DBS check on the updated service or be willing to apply for one. Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools. Experience working with children with complex education needs (preferred). Able to commit to working long-term/ Full-Time. Ideally available for 5 days in a week (Monday - Friday). Professional references from your recent employers. Must be eligible to work in the UK (ETW). Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs. Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans. Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management. Help with personal care and mobility where required. Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
