Overview Role Title: Principal Consultant ( Oracle EBS HCM) Minimum number of relevant years of experience: >10 years 12+ years of experience in EBS HCM Modules especially in Compensation & Benefits Modules. Demonstrate expert proficiency in all aspects of UK Payroll, Pension, and Absence processes with at least 2~3 implementation experience. Lead and assist in troubleshooting and resolving functional problems. Should be well versed in the support process and ensure complete ownership.
