Salary £40,000 - £45,000 + Van & Progression Opportunities & Fantastic Benefits Core Duties: Health & Safety Oversee the organisation's compliance with workplace safety legislation and internal protocols Working on-site - spotting risks etc Perform routine inspections across various departments and document findings Risk assessments Recognise safety concerns and implement practical solutions to mitigate risk Manage investigations into on-site incidents and recommend appropriate follow-up actions Coordinate staff safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding safety briefings Essential Criteria: NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent safety qualification) Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated health and safety role Construction background highly preferred but not essential Strong background in conducting and documenting risk assessments and incident reports For further information on this opportunity, or any other jobs in Belfast or wider Northern Ireland, please apply via the link below or contact Jack Groves via Vanrath.
