CFO/ Finance Director

A highly regarded and established business within its sector is seeking an all-encompassing Finance Director to join its senior leadership team. This is a pivotal, hands-on role offering broad responsibility across finance, commercial operations, legal oversight, HR administration and property matters.Reporting directly to the Board, the Finance Director will have end-to-end responsibility for financial management and business administration, while also leading the development of systems and processes to support emerging commercial themes and future growth.This is an in-person role requiring strong leadership presence, commercial judgement, and the ability to operate confidently across multiple disciplines.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for financial and management accountingBudgeting, forecasting and cashflow managementAudit lead and primary contact with external auditorsOversight of payroll (interface with external bureau)Leading a teamOffice DutiesDispute resolutionEmployment mattersOversight of sales agentsLicensing agreementsLeaseholder and landlord liaisonLead on construction and property-related projectsCandidate SpecificationFully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)Proven experience in a senior or lead finance role with hands-on commercial responsibilityComfortable operating across finance, legal, HR and operational mattersRewardSalary up to £90,000, dependent on experienceOpportunity to play a central role in a respected organisationIf this is you please do apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
