Head of Operations - Healthcare

We're looking for a Head of Operations who will lead a large, multi‑service healthcare contract across cleaning and catering services. Role Responsibilities: Lead operational excellence across all service lines. Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted partner. Drive strategic planning, performance management and succession planning. Ensure compliance, safety and value for money in all operations. Representing Mitie professionally in client meetings and forums. Required Qualifications: Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with hands‑on operational experience. Excellent communication, negotiation and decision‑making abilities. Financial acumen including P&L responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAFM, COUPA, SuccessFactors and analytics tools. A strong understanding of the NHS Cleaning Standards.
