This is the job What You’ll Do:
Deliver prestige roadside support for Volkswagen vehicles, using manufacturer-specific tools and diagnostics
Take complete ownership of the customer experience , from arrival to completion of the repair
Combine technical skill with excellent communication to ensure customer satisfaction every time
Handle a mix of warranty work, roadside diagnostics, and advanced repairs
Start and end your day at home with a fully equipped VWG van, tools, and uniform
Work 40 hours/week – currently with a 7am–8pm shift range, with flexible standby hours to suit your life
What will I be doing? Who You Are:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Confident, independent, and customer focused
Holds a full UK Cat B licence (max 6 points)
