Responsibilities
Lead and manage strategic consulting projects from inception through execution, ensuring they meet client objectives and timelines.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, to identify their strategic needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Mentor and develop the consulting team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and career progression.
Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations and identify emerging trends within the industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate diverse perspectives into project deliverables and enhance overall project quality.
Prepare and present findings, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders through clear and engaging presentations.
Continuously evaluate and improve consulting methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in management consulting or a related strategic role, with a proven track record of success.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior executives and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results on time.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while being self-motivated and results-driven.
