Principal Consultant Join as a Principal Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, a fast‑growing Management Consulting firm founded by three former BCG executives. What you will do Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth – Lead the identification, pursuit, and conversion of new business opportunities. Build a robust sales pipeline, develop compelling proposals, and win large‑scale transformation engagements with new and existing clients. Build & Deepen Executive Client Relationships – Establish trusted advisor relationships with C‑suite and senior leaders. Anticipate client needs, position ADAPTOVATE’s offerings strategically, and expand accounts through cross‑selling and upselling opportunities. Lead Strategic Client Engagements – Define and execute methodologies for complex transformation programs, ensuring client priorities are addressed while creating measurable business impact. AI‑Driven Business Solutions – Advise clients on the integration of AI into their business strategies. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision‑making, optimize operations, and drive innovation. Support implementation by assessing risks, managing ethical considerations, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with organizational goals. Coach & Develop High‑Performing Teams – Grow, mentor, and inspire consulting talent to deliver world‑class client outcomes. Promote innovation in solution design and strengthen commercial acumen across the team. Shape Industry Thought Leadership – Create frameworks, case studies, and perspectives that position ADAPTOVATE as a leader in business transformation and drive inbound demand. Qualifications Business Development Leadership – Proven ability to originate, pursue, and close high‑value consulting engagements. Strong experience with proposal development, sales pitches, and managing a sales pipeline. Client‑Centric Mindset – Trusted partner to senior executives, with a track record of influencing C‑suite decisions and securing follow‑on engagements. Commercial Acumen – Skilled at structuring value propositions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring profitable project delivery. Strategic Consulting Experience – 10+ years in a top‑tier consulting firm, with expertise in business transformation, digital strategy, and operational excellence. Team Builder & Mentor – Passionate about growing consulting talent, instilling both delivery excellence and business development skills. AI & Emerging Tech Awareness – Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation trends, with a practical perspective on how they impact industries and business models. Experience in assessing opportunities for AI adoption and translating technical AI concepts into business implications.
