Ownership: Backed by Leading Private Equity Fund.The BusinessWe are partnering with a high-growth, private equity-backed professional services group with revenues approaching £220m and ambitious plans to scale further both organically and via acquisition.This is a dynamic, complex environment that requires best-in-class financial planning and analysis capability to support strategic decision-making, commercial insight, and value creation initiatives. With a strong leadership team and clear transformation agenda, the business is now looking for an Interim Head of FP&A to lead a number of high-impact, concurrent projects at a group level.The RoleWorking alongside the CFO, you’ll lead the group’s FP&A function through a critical phase of growth and change.
