We’re partnering with a specialist school to appoint a collaborative, education‑savvy SALT who embeds therapy into the school day (not a standalone clinic model). What you’ll do Assess and deliver direct interventions Set targets & contribute to reports/EHCPs Coach staff on whole‑school communication strategies Work closely with teachers, pastoral and behaviour teams as part of a true MDT What you’ll bring Strong SEN experience in education settings (SEMH & ASC essential) Confidence integrating therapy within timetables and routines A proactive, team‑first approach focused on pupil outcomes The offer Excellent rates available - £40+ per hour ASAP start Supportive leadership; real scope for whole‑school impact How to apply DM me here on LinkedIn or email your CV to therapies@medicspro.com (JD available on request).
