In this role Support both clients and interdepartmental teams to meet compliance requirements under UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Review designs for compliance and act as a trusted advisor during the pre‑construction and design processes. Provide technical expertise and guidance on statutory regulations and health and safety standards. Be a primary point of contact for clients and colleagues alike, providing guidance and representing the company in meetings and external engagements. The ideal candidate Background within the Construction/Surveying/Architecture/Civil/Structural Engineering sector, or a related field. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Professional membership with a relevant body (RICS, CIAT, CABE, etc.).
