Copello have partnered with an established defence engineering business in the recruitment of a Head of Sales. This role can be based out of several locations, including Hampshire and Gloucestershire.You’ll lead a skilled sales team, develop the market strategy, and build a robust pipeline that drives sustainable business growth. Working closely with technical and delivery leaders, you’ll ensure customer needs are met through innovative, high-value solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and deliver sales strategy and plans aligned to business goals.Build and manage a reliable pipeline with accurate forecasting.Develop strong customer and partner relationships.Lead and coach a high-performing sales team.Represent the business at key industry and customer events.Ensure sales governance and effective risk management.Essential Skills & ExperienceStrong background in business development or sales leadership.Track record of winning major programmes or campaigns.Understanding of Defence or complex technology markets.Skilled in stakeholder engagement and sales forecasting.Experienced in leading high-performing teams.Please note that candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance as a minimum requirement.For more information, please call Ella
