Choices Homecare, part of Optimo Care Group, is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee our Rotherham and Doncaster branches. This is a senior, multi-site leadership role with full accountability for quality, compliance and sustainable performance.
This isn’t about maintaining standards. It’s about raising them.
What you’ll be accountable for:
You’ll lead a 365-day operation across both branches, ensuring:
Safe, high-quality, person-centred care delivery
Strong CQC compliance and inspection readiness
Confident, well-supported office and field-based teams
Stable staffing, effective workforce planning and retention
Financial oversight and sustainable branch performance
Clear KPI management and reporting to senior leadership
Strong relationships with service users, families and commissioners
Continuous improvement and service growth
This role requires visible leadership across both Rotherham and Doncaster, with the autonomy to shape branch culture and performance.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has successfully led a CQC-regulated domiciliary care service
Understands how to balance quality care with commercial performance
Is confident managing multi-site priorities
Can stabilise, strengthen and grow services
Leads with clarity, integrity and accountability
