Java Full stack Developer with Pega Experience Location: Manchester, UK - 4-5 Days a month travel to Office Active SC or SC Eligible Candidate Key Responsibilities Pega Development: Design and implement BPM solutions, case types, workflows, and rule components (rulesets, classes, flows) using Pega 8.x. Java Backend Development: Develop custom Java components for complex business logic,, and interact with middleware services such as Hazelcast (IMDG, caching). Integration: Build and consume REST/SOAP connectors, MQ/JMS, and integrate with relational databases (SQL, Oracle) or mainframe systems (DB2, CICS). Front-end Development: Create user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (ReactJS/Angular). Troubleshooting: Analyze and debug high-severity production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and optimize performance. Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Experience & Qualifications Experience: 8-10 + years of total software development experience.
