With six offices across Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, Lightfoots is proud of its unrivalled reputation of excellence for all of our services. \n We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to advise clients on a wide variety of commercial real estate matters including general sales and purchases of commercial property, secured lending, commercial leases and development work.

This is a new senior role reporting directly to the Partners with extensive opportunity to build experience and client following in undertaking varied and complex work within a supportive and expanding commercial property department. \n*Negotiating commercial leases and advising on related landlord / tenant issues; \n* Advising on development transactions including options and promotions, Section 106 Agreements and solar/ battery storage agreements; \n* Liaising with clients, clients’ agents, borrowers, asset managers, buyers’ solicitors, internal depts and any others as necessary; \n* Handle client billing and ensure all billing is accurate and timely. \n*A minimum of 5 years PQE in a Commercial Property position; \n* Prior experience in commercial property practice is a necessity; \n* Proactive with commercial and financial awareness; \n* A good networker and willingness to represent the department in business development opportunities; Our staff are our greatest asset, and we work hard to provide a culture where you can thrive and enjoy a fantastic career.
