\nAbout the Role
\nAs Head of Sales and Parent Experience, you will drive the growth and commercial success of our UK schools. You will establish and lead a central Sales Hub, designing and implementing strategies that optimise the entire admissions funnel from first enquiry through to enrolment and retention. You will focus on both sales performance and customer experience, ensuring a seamless, personalised, high-quality journey for every family at each touchpoint. You will shape processes, embed best practice, and lead a high-performing team to deliver strong conversion, retention, and parent satisfaction outcomes. You will work closely with Heads of School, Marketing, and Parent Experience leaders to embed new ways of working across the region. This is a transformative role for a forward-thinking leader who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments and can balance commercial rigour with outstanding customer care. This is a Hybrid role working 3 days a week in our Central London Office.

\nWhat You Will Be Doing\nIn this pivotal role, you will lead the transformation of our admissions journey, building and running a new Sales Hub, shaping our sales strategy, and ensuring every prospective family has an exceptional experience from first enquiry to long-term retention. You will optimise the full sales funnel, drive conversion performance, and champion a parent experience that reflects the ambitious standards of our schools. Working closely with school leaders and key regional teams, you will use insight, data, and best practice to unlock growth, enhance satisfaction, and embed consistent, high-quality ways of working across the UK.
