In this role, you will be inheriting an established team of 15, focusing on the following: People development – 80% of this role is people facing, being able to drive growth and performance across your team is essential. Headcount expansion – The aim is to grow this to a minimum of 30-heads by EOY ’26, with remit to hire across all levels. Business Development – you MUST be hands‑on client side, pitching & winning retained mandates across Professional & Financial Services. What’s on offer? Equity options.
