A Top 10 accountancy practice is looking for a Corporate Tax Director to join their Birmingham advisory team. You’ll work closely with Partners but with room to lead independently—owning client relationships, mentoring future leaders, and driving growth in a genuinely collaborative culture. What You’ll Be Doing Leading complex tax advisory projects for a portfolio of corporate clients (including large OMBs, PE-backed, and international groups) Acting as the main relationship holder, working closely with other service lines to deliver joined‑up solutions Helping to shape and deliver the firm’s corporate tax strategy in the West Midlands Leading, mentoring, and developing a growing team of high‑potential tax professionals Contributing to internal innovation, operational improvement, and national tax quality initiatives Driving new business and strengthening the firm’s profile in the region through networking and referral channels What Makes This Different Path to Partner – This isn’t lip service.
