This is an incredibly broad role and would suit an experienced Manager/Senior Manager.ResponsibilitiesAct as a tax business partner across the organisation, building strong relationships with finance, legal, and external advisors.Lead and support on a range of tax projects including restructurings, acquisitions, and compliance matters.Oversee UK and Ireland corporate tax compliance, working with internal teams and external providers.Manage quarterly tax reporting and forecasting, including effective tax rate (ETR) and cash tax projections.Liaise with HMRC on complex or non-standard issues.Stay up to date with UK and international tax developments and contribute to global tax initiatives.QualificationsIdeally, ACA/CTA qualifiedIdeally, in-house experience but open to seeing those directly from practice firmsInternational or listed experience preferred but not a mustSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionAccounting/AuditingIndustriesProfessional Organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
