Tripod are currently recruiting for a Community Occupational Therapaist to work in an Adult Social Services role based in Leeds. Please see more details below Role – Locum Occupational Therapist Location – Leeds Rate – £30 an hour Hours – Full time ideally Contract Length – Ongoing Office Based, no working from home Occupational Therapists (OT) required to work in a community care bed setting. Previous experience of working in an intermediate care setting is desirable. As an OT within the Recovery Hub service in Leeds, you will support adults who have left hospital but are not yet ready to return home . We require someone with experience of working in a rehabilitation-focused, community bed setting, to help people regain daily living skills and identifying the supports they need to return home. You’ll work alongside nurses, physiotherapists, social workers, and support staff as part of an integrated multidisciplinary team and contribute to person-centred discharge planning.
