Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver sales strategy to grow market share and profitability
Manage relationships with leading UK supermarkets and key accounts
Negotiate listings, pricing and promotional plans
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with the highly focused team for seamless execution
Drive new product development and range optimisation
Represent the business in retailer meetings and trade events
Candidate Requirements:
Extensive experience managing major UK retailers, and grocers
Experience with Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Asda or Morrison essential
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Self-starter with ability to work independently
Flexible, adaptable and hands‑on
