Corporate Tax Director£80,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + BenefitsLeeds + Hybrid working Snapshot of the firm & Role Leadership role within an independent firm Clear pathway to partnerships Mixture of OMB & large corporate led tax advisory work We are currently leading independent accountancy firm in Yorkshire who are looking to grow their corporate tax advisory business. Your new role: Lead the delivery of corporate tax advisory services to a portfolio of clients across various sectors Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' commercial objectives Ensure clients remain compliant with UK and international tax legislation Provide expert guidance on corporate tax matters including restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and disposals Oversee the preparation and review of complex corporate tax computations and returns Advise on transfer pricing policies and ensure appropriate documentation is in place Manage relationships with HMRC on behalf of clients, including handling enquiries and audits Monitor legislative changes and communicate implications to clients and internal teams Support clients with tax risk management and governance frameworks Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering technical development and client service excellence Collaborate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients Contribute to business development through client relationship management and proposal support Drive process improvements and adoption of tax technology within the practice Provide tax forecasts and planning support to clients' finance teams What you'll need to be successful: CTA, ATT, ACA, ACCA qualified UK corporate tax experience working within practice Experience with OMBs and larger corporates Benefits on offer: Flexible / Hybrid working policy Enhanced Pension contribution Firm wide bonus scheme Private Healthcare Lie assurance Want to find out more?
