Civils Sales Manager

Civils Sales Manager, Ballymena, £50k, depending on experience We are working with a leading supplier of construction solutions into the agricultural, civil and associated sectors to recruit for their new Sales Manager who will drive sales within target markets. Office based and leading a team you will; Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders Identify and develop new business opportunities Work closely with internal teams and logistics to ensure customer satisfaction Provide precise cost estimates Lead the bid and tendering process to secure new projects Work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in the estimating and bidding processes What we are looking for 3 + years experience in a similar Sales Lead / Manager role within the construction, civil engineering or similar industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sound level of IT literacy In return you can expect a generous package including an excellent salary, enhanced holidays, bonus scheme, healthcare, sick pay, life assurance plus more.
