This is a high-impact role suited to an experienced FP&A leader who can quickly assess, stabilise, and enhance financial planning processes in a complex organisation. You will lead the FP&A function, support executive decision-making, and ensure robust forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting across the institutionp> Key responsibilities Lead institutional budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Provide strategic financial insight to the Executive and senior academic leaders Strengthen FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and financial models Deliver clear performance reporting and scenario analysis Partner with stakeholders across faculties and professional services Manage and support a high-performing FP&A team during transition About you Proven senior FP&A leadership experience in a large, complex organisation (HE or public sector desirable) Strong financial modelling and analytical capability Confident communicator at Executive level Able to deliver quickly in an interim, fast-moving environment Hands‑on, pragmatic, and solutions focused This is an immediate requirement and offers the opportunity to influence financial strategy within a respected university environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
