Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician to join our team. This is a hybrid position, combining home-based work with onsite support for a local client in the rail sector. You will be required to carry out: Conducting both telephone and face to face consultations Sickness absence management Attendance and performance case management Ill-health retirement advice Pre-Placement consultations Health survelliance HAVs Tier 4 assessments Experience with customers in the rail industry is essential and registration on ORR is preferred. Diploma in Occupational Medicine (Dip Occ Med) or AFOM/MFOM Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) Rail experience is essential and registration on ORR is preferred A Medical Practitioner who has, since full registration, consolidated their skills and continued their medical education in line with the requirements for Revalidation.
