Location: Amsterdam

The Position As a Supply Chain Planner, you play a critical role in driving our end‑to‑end planning processes. You’ll own the 12‑month rolling forecast, lead cross‑functional alignment meetings, and serve as a key partner in balancing service levels and inventory efficiency. This is a strategic position at the heart of our S&OP process, offering a unique opportunity to influence decision‑making and cross‑functional collaboration across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Own and continuously refine a 12‑month rolling forecast, translating commercial ambitions into realistic and executable supply plans.

Lead cross‑functional alignment moments (including monthly forecast and S&OP reviews), connecting Commercial, Sourcing and Operations to one clear, shared plan.

Balance availability, efficiency and working capital, making thoughtful, data‑driven decisions that support both growth and sustainability.

Bring clarity to complexity by identifying risks and opportunities early, and turning them into clear actions for the business.

Act as a key partner to Sourcing and suppliers, ensuring our plans are realistic, aligned and built on strong, long‑term relationships.

Increase transparency and performance by monitoring key KPIs (OOS, DOH, delisted/obsolete stock) and sharing insights through clear, consistent reporting.

And Who Bring

3–5 years of experience in supply chain planning or a similar role

Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with complex data sets

Experience with ERP systems and demand planning tools

A completed university degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken
