Over de functie Als IT Proces- en Solution Architect ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de bedrijfsprocessen en het IT-landschap binnen een internationale organisatie. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar iedere stem telt en waar jouw input direct impact heeft op de manier waarop de organisatie werkt. In deze rol krijg je de kans om het applicatielandschap verder te ontwikkelen en te optimaliseren, met een focus op het verbeteren van processen en het benutten van nieuwe technologieën. Je werkt aan uitdagende projecten, zoals het optimaliseren en implementeren van Business Central 4PS, het implementeren van een modern HR-systeem en het realiseren van integraties tussen verschillende bedrijfsapplicaties. Daarnaast denk je mee over de strategie en bouw je aan een roadmap voor het IT-landschap en de toekomstige architectuur. In deze functie ben je niet alleen uitvoerder, maar ook adviseur en innovator. Wat ga je doen Beheren, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van het IT-applicatielandschap, met focus op Business Central 4PS Meedenken over applicatie-architectuur en integraties tussen systemen Hands-on bijdragen aan implementaties en migraties, waaronder het HR-systeem Personio en internationale Business Central-projecten Overleggen met gebruikers en proceseigenaren om bedrijfsprocessen te verbeteren en nieuwe functionaliteiten te implementeren Opstellen van roadmaps en voorstellen voor toekomstige IT-optimalisaties en technologische verbeteringen Ondersteunen bij PLM- en engineering tools, zoals AutoCAD, en zorgen voor integratie binnen het applicatielandschap Het team enthousiasmeren en kennis delen om IT van een kostenpost naar een waardevolle en proactieve partner te maken

Wie ben jij HBO werk- en denkniveau Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (bijvoorbeeld als applicatiebeheerder of functioneel beheerder) Uitstekende beheersing van het Engels, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling

What you will do Manage, develop, and optimize the IT application landscape, with a focus on Business Central 4PS Contribute to application architecture and system integrations Hands-on involvement in implementations and migrations, including the HR system Personio and international Business Central projects Collaborate with users and process owners to improve business processes and implement new functionalities Prepare roadmaps and proposals for future IT optimizations and technological improvements Support PLM and engineering tools, such as AutoCAD, ensuring integration within the application landscape Motivate the team and share knowledge to transform IT from a cost center into a valuable and proactive partner

Who you are HBO level of education and thinking (equivalent to bachelor’s level) Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (e.g., as application manager or functional administrator) Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
