The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. By analysing the business and delivering best‑in‑class customer service, you will drive sales results, oversee daily store operations, and cultivate a high‑performing team.

What You'll Do

Drive sales through strategic analysis and customer‑centric service

Manage omni‑channel fulfillment and store presentation

Oversee store and stockroom operations, including opening/closing routines

Staff, schedule, and administer payroll for the retail team

Lead training and development initiatives for store associates

Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Manage asset protection and other operational priorities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role

CEFR B2 fluency in both English and Dutch (required)

Strong problem‑solving and team‑building skills

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, challenging environment

Self‑starter mindset with a drive to achieve results

Excellent multitasking and organizational ability

Passion for fashion and product knowledge
