As Manager Centralised Operations Center Land NL, you are nationally responsible for leading and developing the Operations Center Land department. You play a key role in centralising and professionalising the different import and export processes. You achieve this through effective leadership, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, optimising processes, and providing reliable reports and management information. analysing performance and deviations and translating them into strategic decisions for continuous process and service improvement; leading, coaching, and developing your teams together with the team leaders; overseeing productivity and quality; acting as an escalation point at management level for complex customer and operational issues; driving collaboration and synergy between departments, locations, and international teams.
