Weโre hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist for a dynamic role in Amsterdam!
About the role
You'll be the key link between customers and internal teams, managing the entire order-to-invoice process and ensuring smooth coordination across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Logistics. This role is all about delivering excellent customer service while supporting commercial operations and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full order-to-invoice cycle with accuracy.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Maintain and update customer data in SAP and CRM systems.
Support pricing and delivery agreements.
Provide e-commerce assistance and handle administrative tasks.
Collaborate with the Customer Service BNL team to optimize processes.
Requirements
MBO or MBO+ level education.
Experience in customer service or sales support is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
SAP experience is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
