Kenter en Groendus is part of the energetic team in the Amsterdam region, contributing to the energy transition by providing measurement services for customers in Electricity, Gas, Heat, and Water. In this role you will work within the Data Services value stream, ensuring the collection and timely transmission of measurement data to market participants.

Jouw baan As a Business Support medewerker, you ensure that the administration of our connections and assets is kept up to date. You process orders from field specialists quickly and efficiently and handle messages from the market. You receive incoming calls from field specialists, communicate proactively, and easily connect with colleagues. You actively seek collaboration and contribute to continuous improvement of the Operations Measurement Service.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Responsible for correct registration of assets in systems so they can be read daily.

Process mutations resulting from activities by field specialists.

Process messages from the grid operator.

Analytical, making connections, and helping resolve incidents together with a specialist.

Monitor workload and keep it at an acceptable level with colleagues.

Make an active contribution to achieving the team plan.

Report, analyze, and propose improvements.

Collaborate with parties on digitizing and automating processes.
