Operational Assistant

Role Description The Operational Assistant role at Studio Redivivus is a full-time, on-site position based in The Hague. The primary responsibilities include providing administrative and logistical support for studio operations, managing schedules and correspondence, processing documentation, and coordinating art transportation and logistics. The role also involves inventory management, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the studio. Additionally, the Operational Assistant will assist in maintaining quality control and compliance with conservation and restoration protocols.

Qualifications Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, documentation, and inventory management Experience in logistics coordination, with the ability to manage transportation and vendor relations Effective communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated expertise in client communication Proficiency in office productivity tools and software, as well as the ability to adapt to new systems Attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving Familiarity with art conservation or a background in art or art history is highly advantageous Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or additional languages is a plus Professionalism and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
