We’re working with a global

B2B SaaS company in the ERP space

that’s hiring an

Enterprise CSM

to own customer success across its European enterprise portfolio. The company has a range of add-on solutions for customising and getting more out of the existing ERP

(covering compliance, quality, finance, and sustainability) and is scaling rapidly across Europe.

This is a

strategic, full-cycle CSM role

— owning onboarding, retention, renewal, and growth across a

€3M–€4M ARR portfolio

of 40–100 customers. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across enterprise clients in data, manufacturing, and compliance, ensuring measurable impact and long-term partnership value.

The role: Own retention, renewal, and expansion for a €3M–€4M ARR customer base Lead onboarding, success planning, impact reviews, and partner health initiatives Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple business units Monitor and forecast customer health and revenue performance via HubSpot Advocate for the customer internally, collaborating with Product and GTM teams Contribute to scaling internal CS processes and best practices

What we’re looking for: Proven success managing

mid-market or enterprise portfolios (€3M+ ARR / 40+ accounts) Full-cycle CSM experience: onboarding → retention → upsell → renewal Skilled in managing multi-product SaaS offerings and complex stakeholder environments Strong forecasting and NRR management skills Highly coachable, curious, and confident navigating complex ERP/CRM solutions Fluent in

Dutch & English Big advantage to have experience in the

Microsoft Dynamics ecosystem

The package: Base upto €80K + €20K variable (flexible depending on seniority) Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in Amsterdam office
