We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Product Specialist to join a global People Technology team supporting next-generation recruitment systems and AI-enabled hiring solutions.

In this role, you will act as the functional and technical SME for recruitment technology platforms, helping design and deliver scalable talent acquisition solutions across a complex global system landscape.

You will work closely with HR business stakeholders, product teams, system architects, and external partners to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. The role requires strong expertise in recruitment technology platforms and a good understanding of modern cloud-based HR ecosystems.

Key focus areas include: Leading solution design and deployment for recruitment technology platforms Supporting implementation and optimisation of ATS/CRM and AI recruitment tooling Ensuring system designs meet security, compliance, and architectural standards Driving adoption and continuous improvement of People Technology solutions Collaborating across global technical and functional teams

What we are looking for Strong background in recruitment systems or enterprise HR technology Experience with platforms such as Workday Recruitment or similar systems Knowledge of integration, cloud HR tools, and data governance principles Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to challenge design assumptions and promote best-practice solutions
