The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for a driven insurance professional to take the helm of a small, established business and lead its transformation into a high-growth European operation.

You will be supported by major investments in technology, This is a hands-on role for a leader who is excited to roll up their sleeves, shape strategy, and execute a growth plan from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Take full accountability for delivering the top-line revenue and EBITDA growth plan. Lead the expansion strategy into new European territories. Develop and nurture relationships with key associations and partners, navigating their structures with patience and tenacity to secure new business. Lead, manage, and grow the small, local team in Holland. Act as the key driver of change within the business, fostering a "can-do" attitude.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Proven experience in the insurance industry is essential. Background in commercial combined, private client, or personal lines are all relevant. Mindset:

A strong trading mentality combined with a collaborative approach. You are not a pure salesperson but someone who can see and seize commercial opportunities. Attitude:
