Responsibilities: Provide answers to payment-related queries. Process payments according to company procedure. Maintain accurate records of transactions. Process matters related to refunds. Responsible for daily cash and cheque receipts and disbursements, and credit card reconciliation. Responsible for the custody and security of tax invoices, receipts, cheques and other documents on hand. Responsible for the preparation of relevant financial reports. Skills and qualifications: Previous experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable function is required. Bachelor’s Degree (BA) level or equivalent in a relevant field. Strong work ethic and relentless attention to detail. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and enthusiastic to contribute to team goals with a strong desire for continuous learning. Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros and functions) and other programming tools. Mathematical forecasting/scenario modeling experience is a plus. Experience with SAP system is a plus. Fluent in English (writing, reading, and speaking) is required. Dutch/Mondrian is a plus.
