Event Runner with own vehicle in Rotterdam

Moving Talent is currently looking for

two experienced and reliable Event Logistics Runners

with their own vehicle to support a major international esports production in Rotterdam from 23-29 March (full availability is required).

You will be part of a fast-paced, high-level production team supporting one of the world’s leading esports and entertainment companies.

Your role As an Event Logistics Runner, you will play a key operational role in ensuring smooth production flow between venues.

Your responsibilities will include: Transporting equipment, materials, and crew between venues Picking up urgent supplies and last-minute items from local shops Collecting print materials and small equipment orders Supporting on-site logistics and assisting the production team as needed

Requirements Own reliable vehicle (mandatory) Valid driving licence Based within reasonable driving distance of Rotterdam Comfortable working long days in a fast-paced event environment Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English
